WhatsApp now available on Desktop

The wait is over, WhatsApp finally introduced its desktop version. Its a web app rather than a native client and right now it is only available for Google Chrome.

To use WhatsApp on your desktop all you need to do is visit .

On the webpage you'll see a QR code which you have to scan using whatsapp's newly introduced option called WhatsApp Web. You are actually scanning QR code to login into your WhatsApp on desktop because WhatsApp uses your phone number and SMS verification instead of any Username/Password.

After scanning QR Code you'll be able to use whatsapp on you desktop. The whatsApp desktop's version look similar to the screenshot below.

This currently works on Android, Windows Phone, and BlackBerry… but “due to Apple platform limitations” (WhatsApp’s words, there — we’re not sure what limitations they mean), iOS users are left out in the cold.

NOTE :- Make sure you have latest version of WhatsApp installed on you phone and also your phone is connected to the internet in order to use this feature.
